The main wind direction is North west and during the autumn these breezes are sporadic but can reach speeds of up to 25-30 knots, During the summer months the thermals are more regular (in fact most days) and are around 15-18 knots . The water quality is clean and the conditions are generally choppy with small to medium waves, if the wind is in the right direction and is strong enough. The water temperature hovers somewhere between 12-25 degrees depending upon the time of the year, so you might want to suit up accordingly.
