General Information
Level:0-10 Season:October 1 — June 30 -
A popular resort, Coral Cove is often used by windsurfers and kitesurfers and there’s no reason a catamaran can’t be sailed out here, either. On the east side of the Lance aux Epines peninsula, it catches the wind quite well and it’s also conveniently accessed, being quite close to the airport.

Beach
-
Although most beaches on Grenada are public, this one has been claimed by the Coral Cove resort, so you’ll need to check with management before using it. It’s a sandy area but small, with not a lot of room to launch from. It is generally uncrowded though, and as it’s a tropical island temperatures are warm all year round, so you only need to pack your shorts.

Wind&Waves
-
This spot is consistently good for most of the year, with only July – September being unreliable months. The wind is best when coming from the northeast or southeast, and will often blow straight onshore if coming directly from the east. Speed will be up to 20 knots, and will be quite consistent throughout the day. The water is shallow, and is usually flat with high tide being the best time to come. If you prefer waves, head for the reef and you’ll get some small but consistent waves.

Facilities
-
The resort has a lot to offer, with accommodation, restaurants and bars all present. There is plenty of parking if you come direct from the airport, which is only a few miles away, and of course there are showers here too.
-
Safety
-
Watch out for boat traffic and swimmers, and note that there are shallow reefs. Currents can also pull quite strongly around here.
