Beach

Sand Gradual descent

The beach is small and sandy but there are a lot of rocks scattered around which is why it is not suitable for beginners. It can get crowded here when the surf is up so you may have to pick your times. You can get here by driving south west along the coast from Casablanca.

Wind&Waves

Wave spot Regular wind

The offshore winds blow from the south. This spot also tends to receive groundswells and the best swell angle is from the north west. The winds are strongest during the summer months and can get quite gusty at times. The waves are point breaks that tend to peel left. There are urchins and rocks in the water so you need to wear shoes for protection. The water is a little cloudy and breaks on a reef about 300 meteres from shore. The water temperature hovers between 16-20 degrees so you need a wetsuit for a lot of the time.

Facilities

Parking

There is very little at this spot apart from parking and a couple of places selling drinks and snacks. For a choice of accommodation, shops, bars and restaurants you may want to head into Casablanca.
