General Information
Level:0-10 Season:January 1 — December 31 -
This is a classic longboard spot, and is a popular place for experienced surfers hone their skills. It's a little bit fickle and doesn't break as often as it should, but when it is playing it is an excellent spot. You'll find the regulars here to be a good mix of people and friendly too.

Beach
-
This is a fairly small beach, and it almost disappears completely at high tide. It is sandy but has a few rocks at each end, and will quite often pick up driftwood and debris. Sunbathers tend not to visit here, but it is extremely popular spot for surfers, and on a good weekend you can see 30 or 40 of them out.
-
Wind&Waves
-
For this place to work you need the wind to come from the north-west and the swell to come from either the north-west or the west. It will start working at less than 1 m and hold up to over 3 m, and do so at all tide positions and on both rising and falling tides. It is a point break, breaking only to the right, and the waves aren't especially powerful or fast but they are still plenty of fun. Length is excellent here, with the best days giving between 300 and 500 m but more usually you can expect to get 200 to 300 m.

Safety
-
There aren't really any hazards here, just make sure you know your surfing etiquette and watch out for the crowds.
