The winds here are thermal and pretty much of a mixed bag. A west wind (Poniente) makes this spot great for kite surfing with quite good medium sized waves. With an east wind (Levante) the spot becomes very good for windsurfers, with small waves, although if the winds are strong it could become quite choppy. In spring and summer the winds are pretty constant with thermals at around 16-18 knots most days. The water is clean and warm, and varies between flat and choppy, or with waves depending on wind direction and strength.
